How Long Will You Love Me? is a collection of responses to that age-old question asked by children and adults alike. The answers are all outlandish and improbable like " 'til baseballs grow on trees" and " 'til bunnies sing the blues". All that silliness carries over into the illustrations as well. The author/illustrator has always had a belief that a children's book should have something not only for the kids but also for the adults reading the story night after night. Each page of the book has a heart hidden for the kids to find and something to make the grown-up smile such as the banner on the singing bunnies' stage which advertises "Karrot-oke on Sundays".
